Crestron Home Automation; High-end home audio retail, installation and service; Dedicated Home Theaters and media rooms.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Growing up a friends Dad had some really nice speakers. It was captivating to hear how much better one's listening experience could be. Hooked!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full service company with highly trained staff. We expertly design whole house audio system, home automation systems and networks. Once a design is complete to the clients wants, needs and budget we install and program the systems with every detail taken into consideration. We are a nationally recognized award winning firm for our systems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our only showroom is located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. However we install systems nationally. Wherever our clients need us!
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at the intersection of Peachtree Rd, Roswell Rd and West Paces Ferry. We are on the Roswell Rd. side. The Buckhead Whole Foods is located a block behind our store.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit Card, Check, Wire; We also offer 12 month interest free financing plans
Which areas do you service?
We focus on the Southeast. Services outside of the Metro Atlanta area may incur travel expenses
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We all play important roles in a small business. However Kevin is the owner and sales manager, Jaclyn is head of business operations and Gregg is our lead designer and installation manager.
What are your hours of operation?
The Showroom is open to the public Monday - Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays Noon - 5pm; Sales consultations can also be made by appointment for any time the client has availability. Our service department operates Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. After business hours Emergency service call appointments are available.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We always receive excellent comments about our team! Our clients are comfortable with our installers being in their home and they enjoy working with them.
