I have been in business over 17 years
What is your primary product or service?
My specialty is hair extensions, but I also perform other services such as relaxers, perms, shampoo/sets, haircuts, and much more.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Ive always been interested in hair. As a little girl I would style my dolls hair. As I grew older I began braiding as well as styling hair for my friends. I then decided to become license and the rest is history as they say lol.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Professionalism and excellent customer service. Two very important aspects of this business. Plus I have good listening skills. One must listen to the client in order to understand what they are asking for.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I am in one location, but have plans to expand in the near future.
What type of payments do you accept?
