We have been in business since 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide residential and commercial plumbing; fixture replacement and repair, water service, water heater installation, slab leak detection and repair and all other plumbing needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was introduced to plumbing when I was just a teenager. I really enjoy the challenge and the long-term relationships I can build with people. I am a certified professional and have many years experience in the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves in the efficient, prompt, courteous service and cost savings that we can offer our customers. Also believe it or not, we respond! Yes, we will pick up the phone and actually show up at your residence or business. Our mission is to service our customers, treat them with respect and honor their opinions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location, and yes of course we have plans to expand.

Our office is located in Kennesaw, GA off of exit 273.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment accept AMEX.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire Atlanta Metro area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Thomas Spires owns the company, and Kerstin Spires runs the operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Mon-Saturday, 0800-2100 and Sunday's for emergencies.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they do not see themselves using another other plumbing company after witnessing our craftsmanship and service.
