How long have you been in business?
M.S. Construction was founded in 2006, but the experience in the flooring business that streches over 8 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in refinishing existing hardwood floors, be it solid strip or plank flooring, parquet, custom patterns and species. We employ dustless equipment on every project in order to provide a cleaner, less intrusive experience for our customers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Wood working has been in my family for more than 20 years, under different shapes or forms. Flooring is the single most obvious result produced by working with wood. It's importance is crucial when it comes to the overall appearance and value of a space.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Nowadays, every company will state they are the best of the best. We like to focus on one project at a time, taking our time and following all industry standards and specifications to the letter. By doing so, we can be sure to provide the best possible finished product that can recommend us as a business to future customers. By keeping close contact with the customer from the initial design to the finishing touches, we gain a unique perspective of their vision. It's the only way to cover all bases and to exceed all expectations on each project we tackle. Each satisfied customer is another link in the solid network that we are trying to build.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Being mostly a service provider, we have only one location, not open to public at this time. By limiting overhead we can provide our top services at the best possible prices to our customers, and that is the ultimate advantage. Plans for the future do include a showroom open to public, a place where potential new customers can familiarize themselves with the our work, offers and services.
What type of payments do you accept?
At the moment, besides cahs or checks, we can process all major credit cards through the PayPal service. It is one of the most secure way for financial transactions and we trust our financials with them.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire North Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Decatur, Avondale Estates, Clarkston, Tucker, Doraville, Dunwoody, Chamblee, Norcross, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Vinings, Alpharetta, Cumming, Buford, Duluth Suwannee, Lawrenceville, Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, Lilburn Snellville, Grayson, Stone Mountain and more. If you area is not included above, you can still contact us, as we might have forgot to include it.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mike Somodean, the owner of M.S.C is also in charge of all operations, supervising or actively participating in every project.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. , Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.
