BM has been serving the Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties for over sixteen years.
What is your primary product or service?
Nightly Janitorial Cleaning and facilities management, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, floor maintenance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first beame interested in the cleaning industry because I saw the need, first hand, to offer company's quality services at an affordable price. My expertise is business management, marketing and medical steralization.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Southern Bldg Maintenance sets itself a part from the others because we are currently the only company in Atlanta that Vapor Cleans. 100% Hypo-Allergenic Cleaning.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our bsiness plan is to extend our janitorial services, within two years, to Charlotte, NC, Greenville SC, Orlando Fl.
What type of payments do you accept?
We invoice and accept company checks.
