What is your primary product or service?
We complete IRS 501c3 tax exempt applications (Form 1023) for non-profit organizations, churches, educational institutions and ministries.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
During my career, as a non-profit service provider, I held positions, and started several organizations for which I had to obtain IRS 501c3 tax-exemption in order to raise operating funds, and apply for grants. In addition to my business education (M.A.- business management), I actually worked for decades in the non-profit arena. I became a consultant as result of volunteering my services for years to help people at the community level develop non-profit organizations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are true non-profit business consultants, we have the hands-on experience; we have done the work, and gone through all of the organizational development stages that our clients go through. Other internet service providers who offer cheap 501c3 fees are only "form fillers"; they don't have our level of experience. We consult with our clients, talk to IRS on their behalf, and guarantee approval of all applications. During our 13 year tenure in this business, we have successfully completed over 650 IRS tax-exempt applications.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Marietta, Georgia, but we serve clients in any location; all 50 states, the Carribean, and foreign countries.

We are located in East Cobb County; take I-75 to Exit 261, go east on 120 loop, exit on Roswell Rd (Hwy 120), turn right; drive 1 mile to 2146 Roswell Rd on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards, money orders, checks and cash
Which areas do you service?
Most of our clients are located in metro Atlanta, the state of Georgia, and the southeast U.S.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
RDS is an LLC owned by a group of consultants. 1-manager, and 3 consultants oversee our daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday - 9am to 5pm
