We always use hot water when we clean, not cold like some other companies. We offer soft wash methods for homes. We never use a pressure washer or brush on a roof we only soft wash them with low pressure the only way shingle manufactures recommend. We use 200 degree hot water to clean your concrete. We also can reclaim our waste water, filter it and use it again.

How long have you been in business?
We have been serving the west ga area for over 10 years
What is your primary product or service?
We offer the best pressure washing we can. When compairing prices make sure you compare apples to apples. Do both companies bidding on my job use hot water, we do. Are both compaines insured and licensed contractors, we are. Do both compainies have commercial grade equipment and not a small machine found at walmart, we do. Will both compaines mvacuum waste water so theres no fines, we do.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I enjoy showing up at a house with mold all over it or a deck that looks like its done for and when i leave the job it looks like a brand new deck or the house is so clean the home owner is in shock that its there home. Its a real joy having some one tell me they never thought there property could look that good again.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are Licensed and Fully insured. We use comercial equipment and can make hot water. the diffrence in hot water and cold water for washing your property is the same diffrence as washing dishes it wont come as clean with cold. When we started I had a cold water unit and i bought my first hot water unit i cleaned a area of concrete with cold water then went over with hot water just to see if there was a diffrence and there is a big diffrence and you clean faster with hot water. Also we soft wash which means we can use very low pressure to gently put detergents on your home and rinse them off with low pressure. This means we will never damage your home or roof with high pressure. What happens is a want to be contractor goes to the hardware store buys a machine and with no training shows up at your house with a to good to be true price, then he blast high pressure at your home and scares it for life. Which then gives all of us who do the work properly a bad name. My company want do this kind of work.

We go where the work is. We have done jobs from north ga mountains, Talledega AL, all over Atlanta, and Down to Macon. We are willing to travel any where in GA for large commercial jobs.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do I run it and I show up with the crew and perform the work with my guys. A couple years ago i tried to expand but the other crew wasnt doing work the way i wanted it done. I enjoy doing the work more than i do running the bussiness end anyway so it works out great with me being with the crew at every job.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through sat 7am to 8pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That the job looks good. or that the customer is very happy with the job. This is a word of mouth driven industry so when someone refers us no matter if on the web or telling friends or family thats what helps us grow.
