How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since the mid 1970s. Our earliest projects date back to 1975. As you might expect, there have been personnel changes over the years, but our commitment to high quality design and achieving client goals has remained the same from the start.
What is your primary product or service?
Simply stated, it's Architecture. We have generally focused on retail projects throughout our history, but over the years we've designed apartments, single family homes, townhouses, banks, restaurants, interiors, auto service facilities, medical facilities, additions to Malls, and every type of retail in between.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We see Architecture as no less than the opportunity to help create the future of human civilization.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality of design, depth/breadth of experience, level of service and personal rapport are all factors that make a difference in our field.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have considered the possibility of offices in other locations, but at this time that has not been something we have decided to do.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We're in Midtown Atlanta, on Peachtree Street between 3rd and 4th Streets.
What type of payments do you accept?
Fees are arranged on a project by project basis.
Which areas do you service?
Generally speaking, the Eastern half of the US. We are registered in 17 states and are able to add most other states with advanced notice.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Phillip Ozell, AIA and Roman Stankus, AIA, LEED AP, handle the day to day operations of the business, assisted by a group of Associates and other staff members.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am - 5:30pm.
